RMA – Returns

If submitting a request to return a defective toner, do not throw away the toner cartridge or send it out to be recycled. We will send out a label to have the cartridge returned or provide further instruction.

If submitting a request for a return for a wrongly ordered toner, please be advised that there will be a 20% restocking fee. We will send out a label to have the cartridge returned.

If possible, please provide a picture of the cartridge box, to ensure a proper return.
